Spring Load Tester for enhanced quality

A new state-of-the-art Spring Load Testing machine at Harris Springs allows rapid, precision measurements to be taken of the company's compression and extension springs. Its installation will provide performance testing of the company's products and ensure customers only receive precision-made products.

Flexible programming language enables automatic 100% measurement of springs and movement control to specified length positions or specific deflection. It can provide full load / deflection and rate curves and has multiple load ranges and length units. A rapid save and recall facility for test data, together with test certificate and label printing are also provided. Full SPC analysis to ISO9002 can be carried out.
