Automatically Produced Compression Springs

Compression springs manufactured from wire diameters from 0.25mm up to 3.00mm are available from Harris Springs. They can be automatically manufactured from a range of different materials including carbon steel and other specified materials.

Parallel, barrel and conically shaped springs can be made to suit various load requirements. Customers can supply Harris Springs with specific specification or alternatively can use the company's Dial-A-Spring CAD service to acquire a fully specified, customer spring.

Compression springs can also be manually coiled in wire diameters from 3.00mm to 5.00mm.

We specialise in the production of small compression, tension and torsion springs for industries where precision manufacturing techniques are of paramount importance. Customised springs can be produced and, in addition, wire forming and hand coiling of larger springs is available.
